Medico-Legal Conference 2015

Dhinesh is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Barrister-at-Law of Gray's Inn, England. He holds a Masters in Law from the from the University of Cambridge, and is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Shearn Delamore & Co, who are Solicitors for the Medical Protection Society.

His areas of practice include representing medical practitioners and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation, and advising medical practitioners and hospitals on medico-legal issues. He also frequently

represents medical practitioners in proceedings before the Malaysian Medical Council.

He is the Vice-President (Legal) of the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia, and a member of the IMU Joint-Committee of the Research and Ethics Committee of the International Medical University, Malaysia. He has authored and presented a number of papers on medico-legal topics at domestic and international conferences.
