MUSTAFFA MUSA is a Human Resource Practitioner and Trainer with more than 17 years of working experience in four different industries namely manufacturing, services, trading and GLCs .
Starting his career as Personnel Officer to Wing Tiek Holdings Group Berhad, Mustaffa has climbed the corporate ladder until he was made the Group Head of Human Resource for 3 of NAZA Group of Companies namely NAZA Kia Sdn Bhd, NAZA Kia Services Sdn Bhd and NAZA Corporation Sdn Bhd.
Apart from the above-mentioned, other companies that he has worked for are Perbadanan Kemajuan Ekonomi Negeri Perlis – PRIMO International/Unifloor Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Thermos Group Companies - Top Thermo Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and Nippon Yusen Kaisha Group (NYK) - Trans Asia Shipping Corporation Berhad.
Graduated from University Technology Mara (UiTM), Mustaffa participated in numerous Human Resources forums. His opinion has always been sought as his wide experience enables him to provide practical practices for other Human Resource Practitioners.
Mustaffa's exemplary leadership is proven to be his biggest asset. He was the team captain for games like rugby, football and sepak takraw during his school days until he was in UiTM. His discipline characteristics developed as he is the Scout Leader-Manik Kayu 3rd Level and the respectful "Kommander Muda" for the KESATRIA in UiTM.
With all the combined knowledge, experience and exposure, Mustaffa has ridden the Corporate world with discipline, determination and dedication and left behind him a legacy in all of the companies he has worked for.
His strength as a Trainer Consultant was discovered once he obtained his Train The Trainer Certificate from Chisholm Institute of Australia. He then proceeded with his Training Evaluation Certification from the same Institution. The Human Resource Development Council recognizes both certifications.
As a recognized hands-on Human Resource Practitioner and Trainer Mustaffa's assistance was sought after by The Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) in developing practical modules for English Language training. He then developed with HRDC two (2) programs namely Business English for Executives (BEE) and Communication English for Workers (COMEW).
His vast working experience with many well-established organizations has nurtured him in imparting best practices in all his skills and knowledge.
