Registration

Registration may be made by telephone / fax / e-mail but will only be confirmed upon receipt of the relevant registration form(s) within 5 days.

Payment

All cheques should be made payable to "MYSEMINARS SDN BHD". All participants whose payments might be delayed (especially after the event date), must attach a letter of undertaking to pay the registration fee, prior to the event date.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

You may make substitution at any time. Please notify us as soon as possible. Please confirm your cancellation in writing. Regrettably, no refunds will be made for cancellation received less than 5 working days prior to the event date. This also applies to delegates who are unable to attend on that day. No transfer of date under the same event can be made for request received less than 5 working days prior to the event date.

Programme Changes

MySeminars reserves the right to amend or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
