This year's Medico-Legal & Medical Ethics Conference organised by the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia is an essential forum for those in healthcare management and lawyers and doctors who have an interest in medical law and medical ethics.

At the top of the agenda for this year’s conference is the unraveling of the Medical (Amendment) Bill 2012 and a round up of the latest cases and developments that affect the practice of medicine in Malaysia. The conference will also be discussing controversial issues like the constitutional right to healthcare and the legal and ethical implications of withholding treatment.
